Courses: MODULE OVERVIEW: Interviewing Skills
Anyone
who conducts an interview should be trained on how to get the most
out of the interview. This includes legal issues and practical issues.
This module includes simple techniques and procedures that you can
incorporate to improve your interviewing skills.
Course Content
The module covers these topics and more:

to using active listening and read nonverbal clues

to control the interview
- How
to wrap up an interview and disclose next steps
- Questions
you can and cannot ask under the law
Audience:
Any
employee who conducts interviews should attend this valuable training.
The major objective is to build confidence and skills in conducting
interviews that will get the information needed to make a hiring
decision.
Timing:
This
module can be presented with a minimum of two hours, preferably
up to four hours if mock interviews and hands-on practice are incorporated.
